You will need to make sure you have registered an account by either going to https://www.axs.com or downloading the AXS App and registering from within the app. Your account will need to be associated with the email address on your receipt. AXS will send you a verification email following registration.
Once you have verified your account, you can use the app to gain entry. AXS uses a unique Mobile ID, which is a QR code that identifies your tickets when scanned. This function is in the app itself when you are logged in. With AXS, the QR Code is associated with the account, not the number ticket(s). As a result, there is only one QR Code rather than one per ticket. If you need help finding your mobile ID, the venue representative can assist you. They will just need to scan it and you will get right in.
