1.) Download the MLB Ballpark App in the iOS App Store (iPhone) / Google Play Store (Android)
2.) Open the App, select Get Started and select the home team as your favorite team.
3.) Log in to an existing MLB account (if you have one already) or create a new account. Important: Make sure to utilize the same email address provided on your order to create your account!
4.) Go to the center Tickets button and hit Go to your MLB account Please note: You will then receive an email communication to verify and complete your MLB account.
5.) Hit Tickets and your tickets Access your tickets via the Wallet tab.
