If a URL Was uploaded to Mytickettracker.com, please use the following steps to claim your tickets.
1. Go to <https://mtt.tickettransaction.com>
2. Enter your email address (Enter Email address on order) and PIN located on your receipt to sign in.
3. Under Current Orders, click the large green button "Get Your Tickets".
4. On the order summary page, click the large “Claim my Tickets” button.
5. You will be directed to the Ticketmaster platform.
You will need to make sure you have the Ticketmaster app downloaded. Follow this link to do so: https://www.ticketmaster.com/mobile. You can then create or login to your account. **Your Ticketmaster account must be associated with the name and email address on your receipt. ** If you need visual assistance, you can access Ticketmaster’s mobile entry guides at https://www.ticketmaster.com/h/mobile.html. There are links to step by step instructions with screenshots for Apple and Android users.
Once logged in, you will need to click the menu icon in the top left-hand corner and select “My Tickets” from the options. You should then see a description of the event you purchased tickets for. Click on that event and you will either see your barcodes, or the ticket details. If you do not see barcodes, this is normal, as many artists/venues do not allow Ticketmaster to generate barcodes until 24-48 hours prior to the event. If you do not see any events listed under “My Tickets” at all, you may not have successfully accepted your tickets.
If a URL is not uploaded to Mytickettracker.com, please use the following steps to claim your tickets.
Step 1: You want to make sure you have a Ticketmaster account with the same email address you used to place your order with (Enter Email address on order). You then will need to log in on either the app on your phone or your computer. Once you have logged in, please move onto the next step.
Step 2: Please note to access your tickets via Ticketmaster, you will have to accept the tickets using the link that was sent to you to email address the purchase was made with.
If you have not already done this, please refer to your emails (including spam/junk folders/promotional) on that date.
Please try all the following keyword searches in your email inbox:
Ticketmaster
Section
Row
Seat Numbers
Event name
Venue
“Sent you tickets”
Accept Tickets
Once you find this email you will want to click where it says “Accept Tickets" in the email. Please make sure you are doing this on the same device you are logged into Ticketmaster on.
Step 3: You will need to click the menu icon in the top left-hand corner and select “My Tickets” from the options. You should then see a description of the event you purchased tickets for. Click on that event and you will either see your barcodes, or the ticket details. If you do not see barcodes, this is normal, as many artists/venues do not allow Ticketmaster to generate barcodes until 24-48 hours prior to the event. If you do not see any events listed under “My Tickets” you may not have successfully accepted your tickets.
Please note that tickets may be provided by account managers for specific teams or venues (most common for Sporting or Theatre events) that are 'Powered By Ticketmaster'. These accounts utilize the Ticketmaster platform software and you can utilize your credentials, no need for a separate account, but are considered different. While the above search suggestions should still provide you access to your transfer invitation, if you cannot locate it, you may still be able to access the specific Account Manager website directly to access your tickets.
This Video shows the process for using account managers.
Please contact us by phone, email or website chat for further assistance in locating if an Account Manager was utilized for the event or requesting a retransfer of tickets. Retransfers are not guaranteed; the order would still be considered fulfilled as neither our website or the seller has any control over Ticketmaster emails / notifications or any settings in your email account that may prevent delivery.
Please note we cannot trouble shoot issues that occur on Ticketmaster, and you would need to contact them direct at https://www.ticketmaster.com/h/contact-form.html for answers to your concerns.
