Unfortunately, while we understand that sometimes clients would prefer a different delivery method, such requests cannot be accommodated. All tickets are listed using the specific delivery format available as per the event organizers. Tickets may be available in multiple formats from the venue or box office (for example, hard-stock physical tickets vs. mobile entry ticket), however once selected and purchased, the ticket type cannot be changed. Tickets can only be provided to you in the method that they were originally purchased and listed as.
