Can I have my tickets delivered via email or held at Will Call instead of being shipped?

Unfortunately, while we understand that sometimes clients would prefer a different delivery method, such requests cannot be accommodated. All tickets are listed using the specific delivery format available as per the event organizers. Tickets may be available in multiple formats from the venue or box office (for example, hard-stock physical tickets vs. mobile entry ticket), however once selected and purchased, the ticket type cannot be changed. Tickets can only be provided to you in the method that they were originally purchased and listed as.  If you require a change of shipping address, please reach out to us by phone or by email to see if we can accommodate your request.
