Yes, a signature is typically required when FedEx attempts to deliver your tickets. We generally expect the sellers who list tickets on our exchange to require a signature for ticket delivery. This is to ensure that tickets (irreplaceable items) are physically received by someone, instead of being left out in the open. This may include an office or apartment manager if necessary.
Fedex will not delivered to a PO Box and a physical address is required. Be sure to review and provide full address information to prevent any delays in delivery for incomplete details.
Fedex will make three (3) attempts to deliver should you be unavailable upon initial delivery. Fedex will notify you of the attempt(s), typically leaving a door tag that may supplement your signature in person and / or provide the opportunity to pick up the package at a designated Fedex facility nearby.
Should the package be undeliverable or not picked up, your package may be returned to your seller's office. If time permits, your tickets may be shipped back out to you for an additional delivery fee.
Neither our website or the seller is responsible should tickets be undeliverable or returned and the event missed.
