Gifting or transferring mobile tickets to another party is typically not an issue. Once your ticket seller has transferred the tickets to you, you will need to instruct the recipient to download the corresponding app and either create or log in to their account. There will be an option to transfer your tickets within the app and you can simply send the tickets to their account.
