I am receiving an error message “Oops, something went wrong.” What should I do?

Usually when you receive an error message "Oops something went wrong", the tickets have already been accepted by your own email, or your browser is refreshing because of a blip in the connection, and it thinks you clicked that link twice. It's also possible that you accepted the tickets into your Ticketmaster account when they were first transferred to you.

Please note that transfer URL will only work for a one time use. The best thing to do in this case is to go to Ticketmaster.com directly or login to the app and navigate to the portion of the account that says "my tickets" or "my upcoming events'. The tickets will more than likely be there and ready for you to use. It may take multiple attempts for an acceptance attempt to complete.

If not, please have anyone else in your party check their Ticketmaster account to see if the tickets are in their account.

You can also try to claim your tickets using a different device or using your mobile data instead of the Wi-Fi network you are connected to.

Unfortunatley, we have no control over Ticketmaster.com platform issues and do not know what the specific error may be.
