Yes, we can resend e-ticket download instructions. This request can be made in several ways. You can contact us by phone, by email or by webchat to make this request. Additionally, if you have access to your receipt, you will be able to access your tickets by clicking “Track My Order” and signing in with the email address used to place the order and either your pin or password.
Please be sure to check any junk / spam folders if needed as incoming messages may be filtered there.
