For clients within the United States, credit cards will be preauthorized and charged by the fulfiller responsible for fulfilling the order immediately upon submitting the order to be processed. The fulfiller may charge or authorize the user’s credit card in advance of confirming ticket availability. If tickets are ultimately found to be unavailable, the user’s credit card will not be charged or the user will receive a full refund for the amount charged.
International clients may be subject to delayed processing. The site recommends contacting your credit card company or financial institution prior to placing your request for tickets, to prevent unnecessary delays or holds.
