Why can't I purchase the number of tickets that I want?

Modified on Thu, 13 Jul, 2023 at 7:02 PM

Some event organizers place restrictions on the amount of tickets that can be purchased by a given individual. Common limitations are four (4) or eight (8) tickets. When sellers list tickets, they will list their available tickets. At times, you will see listings with such availability as '2 or 4', which is to avoid being left with a single ticket, which are often difficult to sell.

If the listing you are looking at does not have the number of tickets you need, please look for another option that may provide your desired amount. You may filter the ticket listings for ticket quantity by selecting the 'Filters' option in the top right corner of the listings display.

Should you not be able to find your full quanity of desired tickets in one listing, you may purchase multiple listings. Please note that multiple listings cannot be combined into one purchase. Tickets purchased across multiple orders are not guaranteed to be together, even if in the same row.

You can always contact our sales department for assistance in placing any order(s).
